Armani Trade is poised to break ground on a two-building senior living complex on a 5,800 sqm area in Zepce, central Bosnia. The investment, valued at €2.5m, will go up next to the company’s Armani Center, which was opened six years ago. The senior-living facility will cover 3,700 sqm, while 1,000 sqm will be earmarked for business purposes. The small business building is scheduled to open in August.
