Ray Allen, a company operating in the technology and IT services market, has leased 500 sqm of office space at the Diamante Plaza office building in Kraków’s Zabłocie neighborhood. This is the third lease deal in recent weeks. BoConcept signed on to open a store in the building. An existing tenant also extended its lease in the second quarter of 2018. BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland oversees the leasing of the A class scheme. Diamante Plaza offers 10,000 sqm of office and retail space.
