Astor Group is planning to invest €21m in a new residential scheme going up in Riga’s Shampeteris district. The first phase of the IRIS residential complex will include two blocks with a total of 72 apartments. Construction is already underway on the first building which will include 24 apartments. The cost of the first phase of construction is estimated at €5m. A total of 300 apartments will be built during the project’s four phases. The first building is expected to be completed in spring 2019.
