HB Reavis has secured a BREEAM Interim Outstanding certificate for energy efficiency and environmental performance for its Varso Tower, underway in central Warsaw. The office skyscraper project was earlier also awarded WELL pre-certification. When completed, the complex will offer more than 140,000 sqm of leasable space. At 310 meters, the project will be the tallest building in Warsaw. The design includes green spaces, strolling areas, an observation gallery and restaurants.
