Cushman & Wakefield has made Bořivoj Vokřínek a partner at the company as Strategic Advisory & Head of Hospitality Research EMEA. He’s taking on a role that’s been created in order to enlarge the company’s hotel real estate team across the entire region under the leadership of Jonathan Hubbard. Vokřínek has worked previously at Hyatt International in its feasibility and development finance department for EMEA and Southeast Asia and Hilton Worldwide in a similar position. He also worked at Cushman & Wakefield and at HVS in Shanghai and Sydney for a total of five years.
“The hospitality industry is one of the fastest growing sectors in the world but it is also a turbulent field that is subject to a rapid change,” says Vokřínek. “Research and data analytics are critical drivers of a successful investment strategy that needs to anticipate new trends and future market evolution.”
