The Austrian developer UBM has decided to sell Tosan Park, an industrial scheme located roughly 20 km southeast of Ostrava. The 683,000 sqm piece of land, which is located in Horní Tošanovice, is set up for the construction of 251,000 sqm of industrial space. UBM is offering the project through an exclusive agreement with 108 Investment Advisory. It’s located along the D48 motorway, which is the future connection between Olomouc, Hranice, and the Polish border crowwing at Český Těšín.
“The Tosan Park project is a totally unique opportunity both in terms of its total size as well as the readiness of the zone for construction. The valid planning permit provides investors with the security of being able to realize the project in an appropriate time frame,” says Jan Hospodář, a partner at 108 Investment Advisory. The Moravia Silesia region has the highest unemployment rate and the lowest wages in the Czech Republic along with the highest investment and development potential.
