EfTEN Real Estate Fund III AS has purchased the Evolution business centre in Vilnius. The 13,000 sqm building rests on land belonging to the Republic of Lithuania. However, long rental rights for the property are in place until 2095. At present, 86 percent of the building is currently let and includes tenants such as Telia, Akzo Nobel and Compensation Life. The purchase price (without VAT) is reported to be €9 million, or €680 per sqm.
