Diverse Consulting Group, a company specializing in building teams for IT projects, has leased 300 sqm of space at the Argon office building, part of the Alchemia complex, in Gdańsk. JLL represented the tenant during the lease process. Diverse Consulting Group will open its new office at the beginning of August. “Last autumn we began operating in Great Britain. Now it’s time to open another Polish branch. We decided in favor of Tri-City because of the attractiveness of this metropolitan area, its development potential and well-established position in the IT sector,” said Michał Lewandowski, CEO of Diverse Consulting Group. The Alchemia complex offers not only modern office space, but also a sports and recreation center, cafes and restaurants, a hair and beauty salon as well as other shops.
