Catalyst Development Partners has started work on a 249-unit rental apartment complex on Anastasia Island in St. Augustine. The $22.6m project, Antigua Apartments, will total 291,448 sq ft with building heights of three- and four stories. Common amenities will include a gym, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and grilling stations, dog-grooming spa and dog park, plus co-working spaces and bicycle storage. Summit Contracting Group has been selected as the contractor of the scheme which is slated for completion in the summer of 2019. The project is part of a master-planned development called Antigua on Anastasia Island.
