We are delighted to announce that on 30 May 2018 Taxplan will merge with ASB Group, a leader in the professional advisory and business outsourcing market. Our merged firms will use the names ASB Poland Sp. z o.o. and ASB Tax Sp. z o.o. (both entities belonging to the ASB Group).

ASB Group specialises in accounting, tax advisory, transaction advisory, trust management, company formation and payroll. The Group has been present in Central and Eastern Europe since 2002 and has seen steady growth in Poland and the CEE region each year. Following the merger with Taxplan, ASB Group’s team will comprise 160 professionals. ASB’s Warsaw office in Złote Tarasy will grow to 75 people. Matthew O’Shaughnessy will become the head of the consolidated tax department.
Presently, ASB Group provides services to a few hundred companies from the commercial property, retail, IT sectors and many others via its offices in Warsaw, Prague and Bratislava.
