CPI property Group has acquired Atrium Centrum and Atrium Plaza in Warsaw’s central business district. The six-floor office buildings, totaling 32,000 sqm of space, include two levels of underground parking as well as a broad range of retail and dining facilities. Located on Jana Pawła II avenue, near the ONZ Roundabout, the properties are in close proximity to the city’s second metro line as well as the main railway station. Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed property manager.
