The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is acquiring a 25-percent stake in D Marinas B.V. EBRD will invest €70m in the Turkish company, which operates 10 marinas in Croatia, Turkey and Greece. The company has more than 500 employees. This is EBRD’s biggest investment in the tourism sector. Funds will be used to develop marina management operations as well as on additional acquisitions.
