The newly renovated Hotel Fontana is set to reopen next month in Vrnjacka Banja, a well-known spa town in central Serbia. Costs ran to €7m, more than initial estimates. Renovation works started in November. Hotel Fontana offers 248 accommodation units, guest rooms and apartments as well as a wellness and spa center, indoor pool and fitness center. Its conference hall, lobby bar and restaurant were also ungraded. The hotel owner is Vita Asistent, which bought the property last year. Fontana Hotel was built in 1965 and expanded in 1975.
