East Ring LP broke ground on a new storage facility in Sofia. The new €6.7m warehouse is going up in the company’s East Ring logistics park. The facility will provide 12,800 sqm of space, with 1,150 sqm earmarked for office. Completion is planned for the first half of 2019. Situated on 220,000 sqm of land, the 10-building industrial park lies between two motorways on the main road that connects Sofia with Burgas and Istanbul. Construction on the park started in 2011, when two buildings were completed.
