LPP SA, which owns a number of fashion brands including Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay, has leased 16,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Gdańsk III. The space will be dedicated to e-commerce. The tenant will move in in the third quarter of this year. The lease contract includes an option to expand the space by an additional 5,000 sqm and is the biggest lease signed in Tricity this year. Panattoni Park Gdańsk III is currently under development. When completed, the facility will offer two modern warehouse halls totaling nearly 64,000 sqm. The complex is 10 km from the Gdańsk city center and 10 km from the airport in Rębiechowo and 15 km from the Gdańsk airport.
