The Serbian developer of the Belgrade Waterfront is poised to add four new buildings to the project. Belgrade Mayor Sinisa Mali said construction will start this year within the huge real estate project in the capital. Currently, six buildings are under construction, with 1,500 people working on the site. The first building within BW Residences should welcome its first tenants next spring, according to the developer. BW Vista should be finished next March, while BW Parkview is slated for delivery in June or July 2019. The waterfront scheme will include a mix of residential, office and retail space. The complex will have 6,700 housing units, 2,200 hotel rooms and 12,700 sqm of office.
