A new luxury hotel complex will be built on a site that used to house the Park hotel in Rovinj, along the west coast of Croatia. Adris Group is planning to deliver the project by the end of 2018. Grand Park Hotel will have six floors, and the value of the investment will be about €81m. This five-star hotel is the biggest investment in Croatia within the hospitality sector. Construction started last October, and upon finishing, the company plans to employ around 100 people.
