A European manufacturer and distributor of diet supplements and nutrients has leased 10,000 sqm of industrial and office space at MLP Logistic Park in Wrocław. The facility will be handed over in the third quarter of 2018. The tenant has the possibility to expand its space by about 5,000 sqm. JLL acted as an advisor during the lease process. MLP Logistic Park in Wrocław is situated on 13 ha. Once completed, the property will will offer a total of 63,500 sqm in five warehouse halls. The logistics park is located in northeastern Wrocław’s Psie Pole district, just 14 km from the city center, near the E67 national road and the S8 express road.
