Axi Immo has opened a new office at the revitalized Ludwik Grohman Factory in the Łódź Special Economic Zone. Located on Tymienieckiego street, the Ludwik Grohman Factory was remodeled into a modern office and conference center. Axi Immo has offices in Warsaw and Katowice. “Our company has been present on the market nearly 10 years, and a new branch is the next step on the road to our further development. We want to be close to our clients. Łódź and the Central Poland region is a strategic location on the commercial real estate market, especially in industrial and office sectors. The region’s potential is huge,” said Renata Osiecka, managing partner at Axi Immo.
