Samarm is planning to build a plant to produce armored vehicles in southwestern Bulgaria. The plant, to go up in the city of Samokov, will manufactured various types of armored vehicles for the local defense industry and police. The vehicles will be based on the latest NATO standards. Project costs are estimated at €2.6m. Samarm is joint venture between Samel-90 and the International Armored Group BG.
