Suncani Hvar Group, controlled by CPI Property Group, intends to invest €20.3m to upgrade three of its hotels on Croatia’s Hvar island. The planned renovations are for the Adriana, Amfora and Palace hotels. The five-star Hotel Adriana is the group’s most luxurious property. Six new 120 sqm penthouse apartments will go up at the Amfora Hotel. The Palace will offer 50 luxury rooms, wellness and a terrace overlooking the sea. The Palace is located in the heart of the city and protected under special conservation rules. The opening is planned for next summer.
