Porr S.A., one of Poland’s leading general contractors, has taken space at Opera Office in Gdańsk, while an additional five tenants recently renewed their leases. Metsä Group Services, a Finnish wood industry company, occupies more than 1,000 sqm in the building. Raiffeisen Bank Polska occupies 1,185 sqm, while KPMG, an international network of audit and advisory companies, expanded to 640 sqm. Lloyd’s Register, the oldest insurance society in the world, now leases 630 sqm following its expansion. Euro STYL also renewed its existing lease agreement and expanded the company’s area to 250 sqm. JLL is the exclusive leasing agent for Opera Office. The property offers 8,200 sqm of space and was delivered to the market in August 2012. Opera Office was recognized with a BREEAM Very Good certificate.
