Ocean Land Investments has selected LCS to provide development consulting, marketing, and management services for Riverwalk Residences of Las Olas. To go up in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Riverwalk Residences of Las Olas will be the first downtown high-rise senior living community in Florida. The 42-story community will include independent, assisted, memory care and health center residences. Construction is slated to start next spring, with completion set for summer 2021. The $215m community will offer high-end amenities, including five-star restaurants, fitness and physical therapy centers and a gourmet market on the ground floor that will be open to the public.
