Danielle West was named regional property manager for new development at Middleburg. In her new role, West will support the management of the company’s newly built communities in South Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee and will report to President Duane Wooldridge. With more than 15 years of real estate experience, West previously served as Northwood Ravin’s director of asset management and worked at Grubb Properties as director of operations. West holds certifications in both apartment management and portfolio supervision.
