AFI Europe Romania posted a net operating income of €13.6m in the first three months of the year, up 12 percent y-o-y. AFI Cotroceni, the largest shopping mall in Romania, reported a net operating income of over €9m in Q1, up 8 percent y-oy. Footfall at AFI Cotroceni increased to 56,000 visitors per day during the three-month period, a 13-percent increase compared to Q1 2017, driven by the Zara expansion and the opening of Peek & Cloppenburg.
