ECM Group Polska, which specializes in project and construction management, has renewed its lease on 450 sqm of office on the 36th floor of Rondo 1 in Warsaw. Cresa Poland represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Rondo 1 is comprised of two buildings: a 40-floor glass Tower (Building B) that’s parallel to Jana Pawła II avenue and a 10-floor building with an opaque glass facade (Building A) that’s situated near Świętokrzyska street. The investment was completed in 2006 and offers 66,000 sqm of leasable space. Rondo 1 has LEED Gold and LEED Platinum certificates.
