Rick Swartz named vice chair of senior housing capital markets at C&W

Rick Swartz has been promoted to vice chair of Cushman & Wakefield’s senior housing capital markets group. Swartz joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2003 as a managing director and principal responsible for originating, structuring and placing debt and equity investments nationally. In 2007, he opened the firm’s Boston office, where he continues to serve, and later initiated the firm’s senior housing capital markets group.
