Shikun & Binui is planning a new residential complex in Belgrade. The Israeli company intends to invest €130m into the project, Wellport, which will go up in New Belgrade. The scheme, designed by Rami Wimmer, will feature 500 apartments, ranging from studios to five-bedroom units. The complex will also offer private parking, sports fields, a park, reception and security. Construction will be divided into four stages. CBS International, part of Cushman & Wakefield, will be in charge of sales.
