The first phase of the the Zemunske Kapije residential complex, underway in Belgrade’s Zemun district, is set for completion in September. The phase includes 320 apartments covering 32,000 sqm in three buildings. There will also be six retail units. Once completed, the 200,000 sqm complex will offer a total of 1,700 apartments in eight buildings. Completion is set for 2020. Construction broke ground in June 2017 on a 6 ha plot. Investment costs are estimated at €100m.
