Nestor Myrianthous has been involved in Real Estate development since 1987, in Cyprus and Greece, and since 2003 also in Romania. In Romania as CEO of Helios Phoenix Group, which primarily focuses on Industrial Proprieties, he has overseen the development of a number of industrial projects around the country. He is currently active in the development of the Olympian Parks, a network of Industrial Logistic Parks.
