Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed exclusive agent for the commercialization of Fabryczna Office Park in Kraków. Fabryczna Office Park will offer 42,000 sqm in three office buildings. The complex will also include 844 parking spaces. Construction of the first building and the underground levels of the other two began in June 2017. The complex will welcome its first tenants in Q1 2019. The owner and general contractor of the project is the INTER-BUD Group.
