Ford Motor leased 4,000 sqm of office space at Váci Greens in Budapest. The company is planning to set up its European Business Service Centre unit in Building D. CBRE represented Ford Motor, while Cushman & Wakefield represented Atenor, the developer of the property. The class A complex is BREEAM Excellent certified and will offer 130,000 sqm of office in six buildings. “We are proud that Ford, who has been a pioneer in global industry since its foundation, is moving to Váci Greens D,” said Nikolett Püschl, leasing manager at Atenor Hungary. “With this transaction, the building is almost fully let, which we consider to be an outstanding success as it was handed over only four months ago.”
