Eretz Group acquired a Midtown office building for $70.3m. The 86,800 sq ft 18-story building changed hands for just under $810 per sq ft. Built in 1913, the building is home to the Quinn McCabe law firm as well as the Siegelvision consulting firm, a deli and a Marche Madison wine bar. Eretz completed the deal with a $50.4m mortgage from Aareal Corporation. The seller, Joseph P. Day Realty, had owned the building for the last five decades.
