GIEAG Immobilien has concluded a long-term rental agreement with the state of Baden-Württemberg for all of the approximately 5,000 sqm of space in its office complex in Stuttgart. GIEAG acquired the property, built in 1992, at the beginning of 2018. It’s built on a 4,471 sqm plot of land and features 101 parking places. GIEAG carried out an extensive renovation of the property prior to its rental. The estate agent for the rental agreement was E&G REAL ESTATE GmbH, a member of German Property Partners GPP.
