The Ashland Towne Square apartment community in Hanover County, Virginia, has been sold for $27.3m to Ashland Apartment Associates. The 218-unit property changed hands for just under $125,230 per apartment. Built in 1974 on a 14-acre site, the asset had been owned by Evans Management Group since 2001. Featuring 30 buildings, common amenities include a pool, tennis courts, pet park, laundry facilities and picnic pavilion. Bruce Milam, Jason Hetherington and Carter Wood of Colliers International Richmond and Will Mathews of Colliers International Atlanta represented the seller in the transaction.
