Activ Property Services assisted Dahua Technology, for the relocation of its offices in Bucharest to the River Plaza office building. The new company headquarters occupies 277 sq m on the third floor of the building.
River Plaza was completed in 2007, having a total area of 13,305 sq m, with 783 sq m per level. The building is located in the central area of Bucharest, on Splaiul Unirii boulevard, between Unirii Square and Timpuri Noi Metro Station (500 meters away). The growing interest for Splaiul Unirii area is due to the launch of new office and residential projects around Timpuri Noi Metro Station and the demand for office space located near metro stations.
