Arskom Group, the biggest sports marketing agency in Poland, has leased 616 sqm of office at The Tides in Warsaw. AXI IMMO advised the tenant during lease negotiations. “The nature and profile of our business activities influenced the choice of the location of our new headquarters in Warsaw. We need a location with good access to public transport and at the same time, a short distance from the National Stadium and the Legia Stadium. The choice of The Tides project is the optimal solution for us,” said Wojciech Szaniawski, CEO of Arskom Group. The Tides is a seven-story office and residential complex, offering 12,000 sqm of office space. The scheme is located on the bank of the Vistula River on Wioslarska street in Warsaw’s Powiśle district. The building was designed by Kuryłowicz & Associates.
