After securing construction permits from the Montenegrin Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism, Qatari Diar broke ground on a new luxury hotel in the coastal resort village of Przno. The hotel will feature nine residential villas covering 8,300 sqm as well as 4,500 sqm of underground parking, additional facilities and surrounding roads. The development is going up on a 33,500 sqm land parcel that used to house the Plavi Horizonti complex.
