Arco Vara AS has signed a €7m contract with RAMM Ehituse OÜ for the construction of the second apartment building of its Kodulahe development in Tallinn. The 5,000 sqm building at Lahepea 9 was designed by architects at KAMP Arhitektid OÜ. The building will contain 68 apartments and one commercial premises. Construction is to begin in May, following planning approval last December and the completion of the first apartment building at the site (Kodulahe 7). Presales of apartments in the building are already underway. Completion is due in the fourth quarter of 2019. Project financing for the development is being provided by Luminor Bank AS.
