JLL has been selected by Immofinanz as the property manager of the Park Postępu office complex in Warsaw. JLL is responsible for maintaining relationships with tenants, handling financial aspects for the investment and conducting technical, operational as well as administrative supervision. Park Postępu features 34,000 sqm of leasable space in four seven-story buildings. “Park Postępu is an interesting address on the Warsaw office map. We are very glad that this investment is now part of our portfolio, and we wish to thank Immofinanz for placing their trust in us,” said Łukasz Mazurczak, director of office operations at JLL.
