Construction broke ground on a new sports hall at the Garitage Park residential and office complex in Sofia. Garitage Investment Management is pouring €2.6m into the sports hall, which will be used by the local volleyball club Levski. The facility will be able to accommodate 1,700 spectators. The second stage of the project will also include the development of two office buildings offering a total of 48,000 sqm of space and parking for 1,200 vehicles. Once completed, Garitage Park, going up in the southeastern part of the capital, will feature 95,000 sqm of office, 60,000 sqm of residential, 4,500 underground parking spots, a sports hall and a primary school.
