Rafał Oprocha has been appointed Head of Southern Poland at Savills. Rafał has 17 years of experience in commercial real estate, having worked previously at Colliers International and CBRE. He spent the last ten years at JLL as the Head of JLL Krakow Office. Oprocha advises both landlords on office developers along with tenants from the BPO, SCC and R&D sectors. He has advised on nearly 300,000 sqm of office transactions over the course of his career. In his new role, Rafał Oprocha will be the oversee the company’s delivery of advisory services by Savills’ Krakow and Wrocław offices, and will monitor the Katowice market for opportunities to open a new office there.
