Following the signing of a lease with L.A.Fuel Print & Fullfilment, the last available space in Karlovarská Business Park has been occupied. The company prepares and prints marketing materials for clients around Europe and overseas. Located on the western edge of Prague, Karlovarská Business Park offers 20,000 sqm of storage and production space that’s now leased to 12 tenants by its owners Conseq Realitní and Accolade. JLL represented L.A.Fuel Print & Fullfilment in its search for new premises, which it will be moving into in May. The company will occupy a 1,500 sqm unit along with 250 sqm of office space.
