CBRE has brokered the sale of 42 hectares of land to BSH Electrocasnice Manufacturing SRL, a Romanian subsidiary of the German concern BSH Hausgeräte GmbH. The land, located in Simeria, will be used to build a washing machine factory. This will be the first production unit for the German producer in Romania, and its fourht in . The €110m investment represents the largest capital investment in Hunedoara County for the last 30 years.
