JLL has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for the Infinity office scheme which will be developed on the corner of Nabycińska, Legnicka and Sokolnicza Streets in Wrocław. The property will offer 19,800 sqm of office space and 2,500 sqm of retail and services. Avestus Real Estate and Tristan Capital Partners are responsible for the execution of the investment. Infinity will be BREEAM certified, with an Excellent rating. Construction is set to begin in May 2018 with completion scheduled for the third quarter of 2020.
