Construction of the Lustica Bay Centrale complex is underway near Tivat in Montenegro. The work should allow the project’s marina to open this year to boats of between six and 35 meters. In all 176 docks are to be built and have been designed as a traditional Montenegrin coastal settlement. Visitors will be able to rent docks at this international port on a short or long-term basis. Plans also call for the creation of a sports club, maintenance facilities, a yacht clubhouse. The Lustica Bay project is located on the Lustica peninsula and covers 7 million sqm. When completed, it will offer 7 hotels, two marinas, golf courses and other facilities.
