Hines has secured an occupancy permit for its newest office project, the Graffit office building at 28 Domaniewska Street in Warsaw. Graffit, which offers 18,500 sqm of leasable area, complies with the highest standards of sustainable construction, and has been awarded the BREEAM Interim Excellent sustainability certificate. The design of the office building was made by the Polish branch of the London design practice Rolfe Judd, while WARBUD S.A. was the general contractor.
