CTP has begun construction work on CTPark Cluj II, a new logistics park located near Cluj-Napoca, in the town of Floresti. The property will have a total leaseable area of 30,000 sqm and will be completed in three stages. Completion and handover of the new facility is scheduled for December 2018. The space in CTPark Cluj II will be used for storage and production activities. This is the second logistic and industrial park owned by CTP in Cluj County, after CTPark Cluj I.
