Linkcity has begun construction on LiNK Hradec Králové, an 8,151 sqm facility in the Pouchov industrial zone that’s to be used for light industrial and logistics. Located near the D11, the complex will have its own bus stop for employees. “The general contractor VCES has taken over the land and begun construction work,” said Linkcity’s director David Labardin. “Completion is expected in September of this year. We received a construction permit for another 3,420 sqm of leasable area which will enable future expansion for potential clients.” The development will receive a high level BREEAM certificate. Lincity is part of the Bouygues group.
