Tai Group is poised to open new production plant in Kraljevo, central Serbia. The Turkish textile company bought the property at a public auction earlier this year for about €2m. Tai Group is planning to employ 50 operators and five supervisors at its new plant to start. Over the next fours year, that number is expected to climb to 2,500 employees. In addition to open a couple of more factories across Serbia in the short-term, the company is also thinking about investing in a Four Seasons Hotel in Belgrade, according to local news reports.
